So, I should have known better, but it was too long ago that I coded in RPGMaker and I forgot... NEVER use place-holder art... I was ready to start the second dog and figured I should likely get the first dog art finalized first, so I spent a day working on the art and FOUR days rewriting the RPGMaker code so it would FIT. Anyways, the first dog is done and I even got the second dog art finalized as well. Here's an image:

(The "A" just means it's the Alpha of the pack) I still need to code in the second dog, and create a third dog as well. The models are loosely based on Labrador Retriever, Akita, and German Shepard.

The story is kinda snagged... I've rewritten it 3 times now, trying to get it to make more sense... The current idea is the villagers are under a werewolf curse, trapped in dog-form, until you help them by beating the werewolf. But, then I get stuck on... how would the village operate when everyone's a dog... why doesn't the werewolf stop you, Why are villagers even helping you... I might need to stop trying to make it logical... It's just a game...

Anyways, the story can wait until I get the events working. The next major event I have to organize is the Werewolf battle, so I'll need to create art for that as well.

I've also written a companion post on Newgrounds with more art.
