I always feel like I should say something here but hey, you know how polls work.

Considering Garbage is my favorite band of all time, I think the choice is made for me!

Danny

ooh...this is a close one so far!

Wake me up inside?

A brief note about why you're interested in covering each of these songs would be some good content/context for these polls. I don't have a particular pull towards one in particular, but if I knew your reasoning that might lock me in on one, or give me a reason to choose based on something other than which one I like the most.

That's a good idea! Although honestly I'm not sure I'd have much to say: I'm mostly just picking songs because I like them too. I do a cursory check to make sure there's *something* to talk about, but for the most part I'm confident that if a song is cool enough, there's gonna be something to find, and so far that principle hasn't let me down.

Obviously the changing meter of Barracuda is going to be something worthy of discussing so the musical theorist in me wants to hear you discuss that. I love the other three songs but they all sound like fairly straight-forward songs so I'm even more intrigued as to what you will do for those ones. Only Happy When it Rains is one of my favourite songs, so I'm going to have to go with that because I really want to know your angle on that song.
