Just finished the 1st draft for Spidercest #10.This tenth issue comes full circle and we finally reach Peter's most beloved redheaded sweetheart.But there's a twist, too. A big one, actually.Now, after Kitty, Gwen, Lana, Felicia and MJ, I'm starting to wonder if there's more for Peter and Jess to explore.I'd love to stick to the clone theme, but I'm not sure if I should start bringing SpiderLadies from different parts of the Spiderverse or if Ultimate Peter and Jess should go after other Ultimate Universe native characters?What do you guys think?Should Spidercest give place to Spidervercest or should the pervy duo go deeper in Ultimate waters?

Id say go spider verse as it keeps it "in the family" kind of incestuous feel. However if you feel comfortable, I'd say go for other ultimate characters.

personally i'd like to see black widow and wasp in there. conquer the ultimate universe, then go multidimensional for more spiders

Hard to say. I like variety. But I tend to find other Ultimate characters kinda distasteful. I enjoyed Bendis's characterization, but other writers did their characters more ugly and difficult to sympathize. If anything, I'd rather they jump to 616 and meet nicer characters. Like She Hulk, or Kamala Khan.

Going full Ultimate wouldn't hurt. To be honest I wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of Jess and Peter growing in their relationship. Conquer one universe at a time :3

Well going for the other Marvel lasses aint a bad thing to do I would even encourage it. But it would be also fun to get from Lasses/SpiderLadies from the other universes too, like from X-Men Evolution Rogue is a hot character and Kitty is very cute there....Hmm interdimensional selfcest?! How the hell do you call those situations

I'd be lying if I say interdimensional selfcest is something I'm very prone to do. But I'll start that with a one-shot parody on the Scarlet Spiders story (Ben, Kaine and Jess) which was released today. I was just waiting for it's release to start my script. That waiting is over now.

The Spidercest series was always about the selfcest/clonecest. If I am to continue on that particular series, I'd have to find a way to keep it interesting and fresh, while maintaining the focus on the Pete/Jess pairing. That's why I did "Edge of Spidercest", with Miles and Jess. So that it gets less of the incest, but still orbits my main series. Other "Edges..." are planned. But I'm still uncertain of the main series yet.

I agree with your view on Bendis' writing. I personally am very fond of his banter-style for conversations. He really shaped the Ultimate universe to its best. As for jumping to other Universes, I'd first probably go for Anya, Mayday, SpiderGwen or Mania. But that's just an idea for now...

It would take a loooong while to conquer the entire Ultimate Universe. Jean Grey, Susan Storm, Kate Bishop, Rogue, Maria Hill, Monica Chang, Carol Danvers and so on... But I promise fun and lewd adventures, no matter the players met by Pete and Jess.

I'd go with a limited versions spider-verse then where it's just other versions of Peter and Jessie like MC2 Peter is seduced by Ultimate Jessie, or Ultimate peter ends up with 616 Jessie.

2026-09-05 17:00 Be great to have the original pair stick together, beyond that the current group is very likable so adding to it wouldn't be a bad thing to go back to every once in a while if you do change the format.

I really like the Ultimate universe so I'd rather stick with that. With Kitty, Gwen and MJ there's potential for quite a few stories and combinations and the Ultimate Universe has other characters that they could have *ahem* interactions with.

2026-09-05 17:00 I think Spiderverse was an useless mess, at this point I'd rather keep things consistent and stick with the ultimate universe characters. There's a lot of good material to exploit. Even aunt May is passable here XDDD

I still have some steam left, and a few months to think about it. #10 will probably be out in March, so there's some time to think about it. In the mean time, I'll be releasing some Spiderverse related one shots and a few other things too. One of the great things of doing Spidey content is that there's an immense library of material to work upon. Being it widely-known or obscure...

Spiderverse is a big mess, I agree. But I do like the self-contained stories it generated. And I'll always be thankful to it for the birth of SpiderGwen. As for May, I'll be only sticking to the young MayDay. AILFs don't really work well for me.

I don't want to let go of the Ultimate universe either. But I also want it to stay fresh and interesting, specially for me. Maybe I'll do an actual poll next month about it and get some ideas for new stories. We'll see.

The first 3 issues of Spidercest were just about Pete and Jess interacting alone. For now, I don't really have an idea for a new short story just about them. You guys can pitch in some if you like. No promises though, okay?

well we definitely don't get enough of the M2 spider-girl in these sort of fan ventures imo. course I'd just love a straight lesbian Ultimate storyline

By M2 you mean MayDay? If so, I've got something working on her… I probably won't do a a straight lesbian story anytime soon, but there's plenty of girl-on-girl action on the majority of my comics.

Nah. I'd say make a new series if you really want to dig into the spider-verse cast. There's still a ton of Ultimate Ladies to do stories on. And a ton of ultimate universe lore to exploit.

In fact, you'll get them both. There's an All-New Ultimates comic in production as well as a Scarlet Spiders one, that ties some spidercest into spiderverse. It's like a Spiderception spiderporn spiderganza. =P

Since I first heard of your Spidercest series in particular and your entire range of Spider Porn Parody titles in general, I always thought of Spidercest as primarily an erotic Ultimate title. Now that Marvel is apparently smushing the Ultimate and 616 together in the upcoming Secret Wars event, the "Ultimate" titles will probably be gone altogether. It'd be kinda nice if Spidercest continued as Ultimate only, to somewhat preserve that universe. That's not to say that they couldn't crossover or anything in "Edge of Spidercest" one-shots or even in the main title occasionally, but I'd kinda prefer the focus to remain on the Ultimate universe for the actual Spidercest series. It's definitely not a deal-breaker, however. Barring unforeseen financial difficulties, I'm pretty sure I'm in this for the long haul because I love the idea of an ongoing series of erotic comics. I've seen a few erotic hero comics out there (though not as many as I'd like!) and I didn't realize what they were missing until I discovered Spidercest - an ongoing narrative that mirrors the way mainstream superhero comics are made.

Speaking of drawing from source material, perhaps eventually "side stories" of well-known past stories from the original comics might be an option. For example, Kraven attempting to prove he's better than Spidey by having his way with MJ during the events of Kraven's Last Hunt. Alternatively, during One More Day, what if as a penance for Peter not agreeing to Mephisto's deal himself, MJ has to submit to being violated by Mephisto while Peter looks on helplessly before he will agree to save Aunt May? Or what if Black Cat decided to give Spidey one last night of freedom and unrestrained pleasure before tying the knot? Or Spidey getting tied up and seduced by Calypso in the sewers of New York while her hypnotized pet, the Lizard, watches or even joins in?

I will have to wait and see the outcome of the All-New Secret Wars to understand how I will approach this matter on future stories. Everything is virtually possible, but I'll choose the way I have the most fun doing it. About erotic narratives, I suggest you look for the Captain Adventure comics, drawn by Adam Hughes and published in the Penthouse Comix magazines in the 90's. It's all online nowadays. It is the series that really hooked me in this genre.

Funny you should mention OMD. I have two already two ideas on how to make a story out of it. I'm currently trying to decide if I'll do one or another. Maybe both, even.
