Returning to Work / Exhibitionist Nixie (Patreon)
Content
Officially back to work today! It's January 1st, and I've had the longest vacation I've ever taken while developing AVNs. It was desperately needed. I hadn't realized how badly I was mentally harming myself by working so hard for so long. I'm refreshed and ready to work!
I've made a fun custom render for everyone. Nixie is wondering how exactly she allowed herself to get into this predicament. Hope you like it!
Something that I need to start considering is a pricing structure change. The last time I tried this, I made a lot of people angry. I'm going to lay out my plan, and you can tell me if it sounds reasonable or if it needs amending. I won't commit to anything for 6 weeks.
Currently I've got three completed projects worth around $7.99 a piece and three projects in the works. I'd estimate The Judas Ghost is probably more like a $13.99 game, and Over the Moon would land also at about $7.99. However, right now I'm giving these completed games away for a $5 subscription which people often sign up for, gobble up all the games, and then cancel. Which is fine, that's how I've set it up.
But now that Patreon is allowing us to sell posts, I'm thinking about putting my games up for around $7.99 a piece, or you can get the games depending on the tier. If you're at the lowest tier, you get all the currently in progress games. The $10 tier would grant you access to currently in progress games and The Rose Garden trilogy, and the $25 tier would get you everything. You'd have the option of subscription, or a one-time payment. What do you guys think? Your input is important to me.
At the very least, I'd like people to have a one-time purchase option. A lot of people don't want to subscribe, even if they can cancel immediately. I am one of those people, if I'm being honest.
We will see Bobbie getting into better shape for Chapter 2 with the help of Daddy Lance. Oh, and from now on I expect you all to refer to him as Daddy Lance.
I've only gotten a few renders complete for Chapter 2 of QB, and a few renders complete for Chapter 4 Part 2 of OtM. I really am easing back into work. But OtM shouldn't take long considering it's already half complete.
I hope you all enjoyed your holiday, and I wish everyone a happy quarter century into the 2000's. Cross your fingers that we have another quarter century before the inevitable collapse of society and the uprising of the human / kangaroo hybrids from the mad scientists down under.
Happy New Year, and stay hydrated!
PS: Gemini made this image for you all so that you can mentally prepare yourselves for the inevitable invasion of the Roo-men. That's what she calls them. Roo-men.
