I decided to add another scene to Over the Moon and combined a few scenes together. All but one scene is setup, so now I just have to grind out the renders and finish up the scripts. This is good news. It means we'll be sailing pretty smoothly now.

However, I did get a bit burned out on OtM so I decided to work a little on The Judas Ghost. I know you guys still haven't seen the latest update, but I'm already putting effort into the next. The scene I'm working on will explain why it's called The Judas Ghost.

Unrefined image of Judy putting Gemma back to bed after she starts sleep walking.

I use a heating pad on my back because long hours in a chair often leaves me sore. Unfortunately, I used the heating pad too often. I now have something called Toasted Skin Syndrome. A big brown blotch on my back. And being as vain as I am, it's pretty demoralizing to see. It might clear up a bit over the next few months, but there's a good chance it'll never go away completely.

The good news is that it doesn't have any negative health side-effects. It's just... ugly. Wonderful. I'm starting to enter a midlife crisis mentality where I'm starting to realize I'm not getting any younger. But I'm trying to push those bad vibes aside so I can get OtM finally finished.

My goal this week is to complete the joinme scene, and put a little more effort into this epic TJG scene. Thank you all for being such loyal and amazing fans. You all make this journey worth taking!

Stay hydrated!

Remember wrt toast, heat and cold...wrt mid-life crisis...I'm not seeing too many benefits of getting older either. 😌

Sorry to hear about the Toasted Skin. Please be careful.

I also sit a lot for my job. I've gotten internal hemorrhoids that bleed when I drop a duce. Doc has me taking a prebiotic with fiber once a day and it helps. I also go to the chiropractor once a week. Skin is goofy, I haven't worn a watch in 30 years but you can still see where it was on my wrist. Be good to yourself, if you ain't got your health, nothin' else maters so much.

I'm in a profession that requires a lot of sitting as well. I use something called a stretching mat. Dunno if it'll work with you if your toasted skin syndrome comes with constant back pain. Sorry to hear about that and I hope it clears up eventually 😭 Glad to hear about the updates, and sorry to hear you're burnt out on OtM. Almost to the finish line! In other news, I'm finally working through Avalon on my steam deck (though somehow the steam version wouldn't download right, so I grabbed the full PC version on your links and side loaded it to the desktop mode as usual lol) Dunno why I haven't played it until now. It's rough as hell of course, but as always a damn amazing story!

LMAO, midlife isn't a crisis, wait couple more decades and you try to do something simple that was no issue at midlife and you end up on your ass and hurting for days. Judy caring for the girls is a good thing, she has her own agenda but is still like a corrupting guardian angel. She's both the devil and angel on your shoulder.

Possibly also the chair you sit on? Kinda like when a mattress goes bad and you have had it so long you don't realize it's effect on you. I change desk chairs from time to time because of that. Also, as a cheaper option is a cushion. Mid-life crisis? Ya been there done that. What you thought hurt years ago is so much more fun now. Walks and watching what you eat does matter. Huh, wish I had known that back then?
