Fixing Discord (Patreon)

UPDATE - You might need to vinculate your Patreon account with Discord for it to work, im not really sure tho. Im still figuring how this works ^^;

Hey guys! I just moved some stuff on discord and changed role names.

So new roles have been assignated to your corresponding tier, i hope it works now

was just trying to config it better so access to the server goes hand in hand with Patreon

let me know if you have problem accessing to it :x
