One of the nurses in charge of overseeing the Regressed Integration Track at St. Jerome's Healing Hearts Health Center, Ivy Berkowitz is all too eager to get up close and intimate with her tiny patients. She's a firm believer that the best preparation for whatever life can throw at you is raw exposure, and she's eager to see that her training sessions are full of LOTS of smushing, squeezing, and squishing (non-fatally of course). She'd never let ANYTHING happen to her precious little patients... Especially since if (or when) they fail the RIT, the cutest of them will be going home with her.

Over the years Ivy has grown more and more possessive of the Tinies that fall into her care. Some could say it's developed into an unhealthy attachment for those too small and helpless to care for themselves. Or escape her overwhelming affections...
