Dramatic Skys Beta 1.9.7.12 (Patreon)

Hey guys here is the latest version of Dramatic Skys! In this update some height parameters have been tweaked to fix some issues.

The sky textures now appeal down to -100y to the normal cloud height, and from there you get the high altitude clouds. This way even if you're in a cavern or looking up from a very low vantage point the sky will still be visible. It may be a minor tweak however it was greatly needed. Thank you once again to TurboYANEK for update the fabric json files!
