🔔Update 0.71! & Development Report #3 – 0.8 (Patreon)

Hi everyone,

We’re checking in today with a status report on 0.80 and the release of a small update.

Work on 0.80 is ongoing as we’re continuing to build out new scenes. Above you'll find a preview from what we’ve been working on.

And as previously announced, today we’re releasing a small update focused on improving the beginning of the game—especially for new players. It does not continue the storyline from the previous release. Story continuation will arrive in the next major update, 0.80.

Changelog:

Added a short prologue that provides a better introduction to Victoria’s story, along with a recurring flashback at the start of each chapter.,

Re-rendered and slightly extended scenes from the very first release. The original was created on much weaker hardware and rendered in 720p, while the rest of the game has since been produced in 1080p.,

Refined and partially rewritten early-scene dialogue for flow and consistency.,

Improved transitions and image presentation in early scenes based on feedback from several of you.

While not every element has been fully adjusted yet—due to the overall size of the game—we’ll continue making these refinements gradually.
