I asked what you folks wanted to see more, and full finished pages was one of the suggestions.

It's funny, in a book with monsters and spaceships, it's scenes like this which are sometimes the hardest to draw. Keeping track of a dozen tables with legs and chairs and kids sat beside the same kids in the same shots is honestly harder than it looks. Classrooms and libraries! They're the hardest!

Also meet Mr Blum - Tobi's long suffering teacher, and Ravi and Preeya Bright, the son and daughter of the Mayor of Model City 3. They're just background in Book 1... but they have big storylines in the future.

You can also see a little flag in the background, which is the "Earth flag" in our alternate history.

Also as always s/o to my letterer Lucas Gattoni! So happy to have him back after his great work on DeadEndia 3!

Thank god it wasn't one of those questions about two cars driving towards each other at different rates of speed. I hated those! :) It looks great!

Just saw your newsletter, and I love the upcoming ideas! Does it make a difference for you, if your book is ordered in a physical or digital version? And I was always curious about how people preordering makes a difference... Is it about confidence boost in advance? Or something more.

Absolutely up to you, as every sale helps! And the publisher will be more likely to work with you if you have a lot of preorders, and it also means that the book is more likely to be near the top of the charts one release day if a lot of people are getting their copies straight away. There's just lots of reasons it helps!
