The Joker & Harley Quinn (Patreon)

Wuh-oh. I'm hyper focussing on drawing Batman characters instead of doing the work I'm supposed to be doing! I'm sure it'll pass.

The most requested character to do next was Harley Quinn. She's an interesting character because she's now so removed from the Joker in the public consciousness, having appeared in 2 movies without him and another where they're barely together PLUS a tv show where she's with Poison Ivy. And all of that is great. But I feel if I'm drawing a universe, her origins as the Joker's henchman / girlfriend shouldn't be skipped over. I'll probably draw her again in her post-Joker mode later, but I included a sketch of what I think it'd look like.

Also, RIP Arleen Sorkin you legend!!!
