BIG BOY NOW | Mototem (Patreon)

Here we are, the last of the major kaiju to appear in Big Boy Now Book 1 (there others, don’t worry). This one is based on Battra, Megaguirus and a few cut monsters Mothra and Gamera were supposed to fight in movies lost to time. I like imagining this shuffling about a model city, even though it looks built for speed. I imagine an actor would be in the main head part, and the rest would follow along, given movement by some clever puppeteering and wires.
