Momoko, who is going on a double date with Manato, Hinako, and Satoshi, confesses to her three brothers that she is in love with her colleague Manato. Kazuki and his brothers, who love Momoko and want her sister to be happy more than anyone else, are in tears as they worry about Momoko being hurt in love, and Momoko, too, is touched by the sight of her lovable brothers.

At the same time, Manato replies to Momoko's invitation to a barbecue but wonders if he can really go and enjoy himself. Takako also notices that her son is different from the usual. It has to do with Manato's past...

Meanwhile, Momoko's best friend Miyuki is invited by Kazuki to a cafe they visited the other day. The guy is seven years younger than her and is also her best friend's younger brother. Miyuki is perplexed by Kazuki's approach, but Kazuki innocently makes a "proposal" to her.

• Oden is a Japanese winter dish consisting of several ingredients such as boiled eggs, daikon radish, konnyaku, and processed fish cakes stewed in a light, soy-flavored dashi broth.
• Ganmodoki is a fried tofu fritter made with vegetables, such as carrots, lotus roots, and burdock. It may also contain eggs. Ganmodoki means pseudo-goose. This is because ganmodoki is said to taste like a goose; compare mock turtle soup. Ganmodoki is also called ganmo for short.
