UNO:

• Skip is a card when placed, the next player has to skip their turn. It can only be played on a card that matches by color, or on another Skip card.
• Draw Four is a card when placed, the next player has to draw four cards and misses a turn.
• UNO rules, when a player has only one card left, they have to yell "UNO". Failure to do so may result in a penalty of having to draw two cards in the draw pile, however, if no other player notices them having one card left is safe from the penalty.
