Ano ko no Yume wo Mitan Desu (EP11) "The Dark Eater" (Patreon)

Nine "Dark Eaters" suddenly appeared in the world. They have been building a peaceful world without conflict by absorbing the darkness that nests in the hearts of humans. Elaiza, one of these "Dark Eaters," is protecting the peace of Japan with her superior, Sakazaki. Meanwhile, crimes and suicides are spreading rapidly around the world, upsetting the balance of peace that had been maintained by the Dark Eaters. All of this is the work of Yama, the "Darkborn" who degrades people into darkness... The fierce battle between the Dark Eaters and the Darkborn begins!

NOTES:

• Ryota Yamasato is part of a comedy duo called "Nankai Candies" and the other member/partner is Shizuyo Yamasaki.
• Hula Girls is a 2006 Japanese movie in which Shizuyo Yamasaki was part of the cast.
• Urepi - very happy. (slang very popular in the 1980s)
• Shabu-shabu is a Japanese variant of hot pot. The name shabu-shabu is derived from the "swish swish" sound of cooking the meat in the pot. The dish is related to sukiyaki in style, in that both use thinly sliced meat and vegetables and are usually served with dipping sauces, but it is considered to be more savory and less sweet than sukiyaki. It is considered a winter dish but is eaten year-round.
• Kudoki monku - Pick up line
• When Elaiza and Yama connected, it is a nod to the Star Wars "force-bond" done by Rey and Kylo Ren in the sequel trilogy
