NOTES:

• The term "crank-up" is a Japanese word that refers to the completion of all filming for a particular film. When the filming of each actor has been completed, it is called "all up," which means that the filming of the individual actor has been completed. The start of filming is called "crank-in". All of these words are industry terms, but they are also used in the media and have become common words in the general public.
