Ore no Kawaii wa Mousugu Shohikigen EP04 (Patreon)

Kosuke Maruya, a salesman, is being examined at Yayoi Beer's company clinic. Kosuke, who has no appetite, sighs constantly, and has a tightening pain in his chest, was given the diagnosis of... love!

Nevertheless, Kosuke, who prides himself on having had his fair share of flings, is not convinced by the results of this diagnosis. However, Kosuke realizes that he has never had these symptoms before, not even when he was dating his ex-girlfriend Riko Moriyasu, who had just recently dumped him, and he wonders, "Could it be that the love I've had up until now wasn't real love at all?" Kosuke is stunned. On the other hand, when Izumi Sanada, concerned about Kosuke's unusual behavior, calls out to him, his heart...aches!
