Motokare no Yuigonjou EP8 "At last, the final chapters! Murderer Shinoda's past...! Another occurrence of a will case" (Patreon)

Shinoda confessed to Reiko that he was involved in a murder on an island six years ago and was being hunted by the police as a murderer; since then, Shinoda had been moving from place to place under a false identity, but three years ago he arrived in Karuizawa where he met Eiji, who took him into hiding. "I didn't do it". Reiko believes Shinoda, who says he is innocent, just as Eiji did.

The next day, Reiko instructs Shinoda to make a lunch box, and heads to the residence of Ichizo Saionji, the president of Saionji Ironworks, with Sae, who has come to visit. Earlier that morning, she had received a request for a job directly from Ichizo.

When Reiko and her friends arrived at Ichizo's mansion, they found a crowd of onlookers gathered in front of the house, including Tachibana, a detective from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Investigation Division. Ichizo was found dead. It was Wataru, the eldest son, who found Ichizo collapsed in the bathroom. According to the forensics, the estimated time of death was about 12 hours ago, but Reiko talked to Ichizo at 8:00 a. m. that morning - three hours ago at that time. Reiko and the others are left scratching their heads at the inexplicable events...
