Mental health is important.

It's a tough struggle sometimes. I deal with depression and anxiety myself as well. Please take care of yourself, and talk to someone about what's on your mind if you need to.

Maybe you should rethink your friends. Life is too short to waste on people who claim too be your friend and dont care if you need help. Sounds harsh i know but been there. And if you are really in the shit's, never be scared or too proud to get professional help! Wish you the best✌

I was thinking about that. You know, seeking professionals for this kind of concern. I think I can still cope up a bit. I went through this feeling last year since I accepted the fact that I will not receive any support from them since they're all busy I guess. It just happen that I've seen all of my posts again and I had some realizations again. kinda sucks
