FMA Eyes Update + Patreon Exclusive Preview (Patreon)

Hey chooms! I just wrapped up taking screenshots for my Fullmetal Alchemist eyes! To say I'm excited about this set is an understatement. I'm not gonna say how many times I listed to the OG FMA Brotherhood opening whilst taking said screenshots. But seriously, I love how all of these turned out. It was super fun recreating 3 of the characters; Edward, Lust, and King Bradley/Wrath.

Whilst several promo shots I've taken are public, the in-depth look at the set is the Patreon exclusive; we'll get to that in a moment.

Here's a close-up look of Edward and Wrath's eyes:

 Yeah I love how all the eyes turned out, but these in particular were the ones I was most concerned with getting right. I managed to get in around 29 character eyes, and then the remaining 10 eyes are different colour variants of Wrath's eye. So there's plenty of eyes for you all to enjoy.

 Legitimately, I am so stoked about where I went with the icons. I was looking at all these iconic screenshots from the anime adaptations, and pages from the OG manga, and then landed on this screenshot from Brotherhood. It was absolutely perfect for showcasing the eyes.

The icons don't have names on them in-game, as that blocks off too much of the eye details and would also not look good due to the small menu text, but these are what'll be up on the mod page so you know who is who.

Yes, the Big Brother Ed eye is evil. No I will not apologise for the Nina and Alexander PTSD :)

As with all of my Eye and Tattoo sets, these eyes were hand-drawn and hand-painted; I grabbed screenshots from Brotherhood (and 2003 when no good Brotherhood shots were available) and eye-dropped the colours. So I got the colours exactly. For some characters who had single colour eyes with no detail, I did add some depth so they look better in-game. Yeah, alot of work went into this set.
