Depends. We don't know if the fiance was turned into a girl willingly or not. So it really does depend on the circumstances

As the writer here I can say even I don't know how the character feels about this. It's probably much more complicated than a yes/no situation. I actually think the wife character sees Dave as more of a woman than he does, but she knows he still considers himself a man in a woman's body.
