Update Regarding Patreon (Patreon)

Hey there, it's SatsumaLord; it definitely wasn't my intention to not update this page in so long, but he we are. ^_^;

In any case, first, let me just apologize for being so quiet on this page for so long. I know that a simple apology isn't necessarily enough, but please know that I am working on things and will hopefully have at least something to show before the year is out.

In addition, I want people to know that after a lot of deliberation, I've finally switched to the subscription billing model here on Patreon. Now for most, that won't really change anything for any of my current patrons, as my tiers were basically a subscription model anyway. All it really means though is that from now on, anyone that pledges to my Patreon from today onward will instead of being charged on the first of the month, they'll be charged on the day that they actually subscribed to my Patreon page (so again, it's not really much of a big change).

I will however ask that if you or anyone else decides to pledge to my Patreon, please be sure to do so on the main website itself and not through your phone, like through the Apple Store for example. This is because Apple especially takes a cut of each pledge that's done through their own services, meaning that the person that you're pledging too actually gets less money then what you'd be pledging for.

I'll admit that I don't know of the exact percentages, but from what I hear it's pretty bad.

So if you want to support me or anyone else here on Patreon, be sure to do it on the actual website through a PC, as compared to doing it on your phone. That way, the creators you want to support are actually getting more of the money, as compared to Apple itself.

Anyway, hopefully I'll have more of an update for you all soon, and thanks ahead of time for reading. :)
