I was hoping they would react to the Benedict Cumberbatch modern version of Sherlock because Viki kept saying during her Marvel reactions that she wanted to watch it with Michelle. I find the Robert Downey Jr. movies to be annoying but I love the Benedict Cumberbatch series.

That's why certain movies do not appeal to everyone. I personally like Robert Downey in his role as Sherlock Holmes.

You're ignoring my point: That Viki - multiple times - specifically mentioned wanting to react to the Cumberbatch version with Michelle, not this one.

John L

She mentions in this reaction that she also wants to watch the Cumberbatch series and Mich agrees, so I imagine they will be watching it at some point.

If, as seems right, that Viki has seen some of the Cumberbatch Sherlock and wants to react to that, then bring it on ! If Ellie is back to fighting fit, then let's have a group viewing! It is an outstanding tv series.

So glad you enjoyed this film. Thank you Vicky for suggesting it, this is my absolute favorite film and I couldn’t find ANY reactions to it anywhere on YouTube. I was so excited to see it here I got my first ever patreon subscription. Looking forward to the sequel and the Benedict version maybe. I enjoy both, but RDJ was my first Sherlock and remains my personal favorite.

That was great Michelle & Viki. Big fan of this movie. Downey is amazing as Sherlock, huge fan of his well before this and the MCU. In fact if you want to see Downey portray another Englishman you should check out Chaplin. Arguably one of his best. Maybe not as a reaction as it’s a biopic but maybe on your own time.
