Honestly, with the rocky start this movie had in production. What with the weird creepy Sonic. I didn't have high expectations. But this thing surprised me with how good it was. I will have more to say after I watch the reaction.

ok, a couple things. #1 I find this absolutely important. Tails is Sonic's best friend in the games. His real name is Miles "Tails" Prower. Like, "Miles Per Hour" but said fast. Tails is his nickname cuz he's a 2 tailed fox. Tails is also extremely smart. #2 Jim Carrey's performance as Doctor Robotnick was a concern of mine leading up to the release. But he pulled it off beautifully. Nay, perfectly. You can really see Egg-man's descent into madness. It's amazing! The character was perfect!

I think you guys would love the movie, the Truman show, it's has Jim Carrey in it 🙂

Jim Carrey hasn't done a good movie in a very long time, his last good one was Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless mind in 2004

I only watched this one with you both as I recently watched this movie on Magy’s channel and I actually enjoyed the movie which I wasn’t expecting to. It’s just a fun, family movie The comparisons with Sonic and Quicksilver (or Silver Quick as you both called him, still a good name though) are easy to make. The scene in the bar does draw comparisons to the Quicksilver scene in X-Men Days Of Future Past. Also nice Dr Strange reference by Michelle with the Mister Doctor line. Thoroughly enjoyed this one with you both. Thank You Ellie & Michelle.
