A pleasant surprise, this is one of my all time favorites! Watching this as soon as I get home from work, let's see if they recognize young Doc Brown haha.

Sean O'Donnell

Since this movie came out, calling someone a “Nurse Ratched” became an expression in and of itself to refer to a woman who is an overbearing, authoritarian tyrant. Sometimes loser men will call their wives or girlfriends this behind their backs.

Earth Angel

This was a nice surprise, i didn't think they were going to watch this fantastic movie due to the low votes I hope they also watch Downfall, Glory and True Romance

The ending, Chief Bromden escaping into the horizon, is one of my favorite endings in all of movies. For some reason this movie really hit me when I first saw it, I was in the Army and at a very low point in my life, for a lot of reasons. Seeing him break out, even now, I remember how I felt then and why I needed to feel that freedom at the time. Of course I always joke that as the camera fades he is immediately tackled by staff and returned to the ward, because I have a dark sense of humor lol, but really I always imagine him somehow going back to nature and being, well I guess just being himself.

I joke about it too because The Simpsons referenced it on an episode where Barney couldn’t stand seeing Homer in the hospital so Barney did all what Chief Bromdom did in the film then Moe says to Homer as they look at Barney run, “He really needs a girlfriend”

I think I remember that episode, that's awesome!
