Update - The house is big but since it is outsite the capital the rent is better than the studios.

Really nice house, Larry! And it's still safe. With all the freaks out there, that's not wrong either. My house was almost the same size, but unfortunately I had to sell it. I like the area, although I'm not a fan of mountains, I'm afraid of heights. A really cool video, thank you!

Nice to know where subscribers donations are going Larry. I see it as a combination house and studio. Now we know how many people are involved in your production. Yes it would be fun to do a cooking show with the girls in the kitchen making your favorite Bulgarian dishes and one of them claimed she could make ratatouille. Like others have said that is a nice place, you're right with so many people bathrooms are important 😄 To have everything private and secured is an added bonus, which is also unfortunate that it's come to that level but, yeah, thanks for the tour. I was having flashbacks to photoshoots and shorts whenever you would go to a space.

What a marvellous house you've got there, Larry. So spacious, I think I'd need a map to remember which room was where! It seems like you've got so much potential there, it's ideal. You, the editors and the girls must all feel very safe & sound there - and to be so close to the mountains as well!

What a nice place! The mountains look beautiful. I bet you could make some fun adventure videos with the girls hiking or camping. When you started showing the outside I got nervous about those "extra" fans (stalkers) being able to figure out your location, so I'm glad you got a protected place with security. Nice! And you said you had more than one house there. If most of the crew lives in that community, it makes the drive to work a short one. Very convenient.
