This is unreal. The Hangover 2 and 3 were among the top 5 movies with the most hearts and did not make it in the poll. Why did you even put a suggestion post when you don't put the most voted in the poll ? I am waiting 1 fucking year to finish it ....

Every time someone overreacts and moans like this about a film not being in the poll after it did great in the voting it's usually because they are reacting to it already. Not saying it will happen but my guess is that they are going to post a reaction to it soon and therefor omitted it from the poll.

Some great movies. Coming to America is one of the greatest comedies ever made. Blade is a movie they should also see. Underworld should be on the list too.

I recommended "Sunshine" which is an incredible movie, but the more I think about it, I should have suggested "The Chronicles of Narnia". That'd be a great series for a group watch.

Agree, but I think most of what makes that movie great will fly way over their head. They'd need to be very familiar with the culture to get all the subtle humor.

Yeah there's some old school African American culture in there, but I think They've been exposed to more American culture in Bulgaria than we may think. Most of the world has been fed on a diet of (English or subtitled) Hollywood films for a hundred years.

The entire scene in the barbershop talking about boxers will be lost on them. There's a giant generational gap, not just cultural. They won't see Murphy's comedic genius.

True, even in the US most kids now wouldn't know who the brown bomber was, or Rocky Marciano. As it is it seems weird to me that kids now know Mike Tyson as he was my sports hero growing up in the mid-late 80s but I feel so old now when listening to gen Z react to movies with references that were common knowledge in my gen X and they don't get it. Only then it hits me 'oh right I'm old' lol.

Yeah, they would love it! They enjoyed the first Blade Runner, so it makes sense to follow it up with 2049. I always say it's like enjoying Terminator (a good film on its own) but never watching the sequel, which is a superior film in every way.

I will suggest Sling Blade for next poll. Great movie and not the usual flavor for this channel. Feel different about the Billy Bob Thornton character everytime I watch it.

I'm American and the one I vote for never makes it. I'd like to get away from the same kind of stuff all the channels show. Not a fan of anime either. The split screen is too small to read the captions.
