LOT RELEASE: THE CATANIA MANSION (Patreon)

The Catania Mansion was built for those looking for classic luxury. This home was built with pure class with three bedrooms upstairs, a private master bedroom downstairs and a grand kitchen and great room for the family to spend quality time together. I have received so many requests to build lots with NO CC,  so even though the outside looks pretty fancy, This home was built w/ minimal furniture so that you can maximize the style you desire on the inside. Allow your sims to live their best life at The Catania Mansion!
