Genie

Glad to see Darcy is willing to give Emmy a hand.

Cleaning circuits must be sent into overdrive

Dr. Rodin

Hmm, from what I remembered from the concept art, Emmy’s broken arm looked like a stripped down version without the exterior. This arm here LOOKS like that. Is it another Nandroid’s arm??? There MUSTve been Nandroids over the years (not shown in the comic) that have faced issues like Emmy before being outright dumped or were quietly decommissioned when a family no longer has young children for one to tend to.

Dr. Rodin

Like there must’ve been previous generations/early versions of the Nandroids before the one line we know Emmy is from that’s been in the dumps over time, like old iPhone models put in the trash as people keep getting new ones.

Sarcastic Beach

So nandroids can't lie right? Because Barf certainly is cute!

Dr. Rodin

Going off from my theory, there must be other household bots prolly from different brands or early lines from Sterling that Emmy might see in the dumps; household bots that very likely failed at cleaning and/or taking care of humans early on in commercial robot history before the technologies that are in Emmy’s line had been perfected. 🤔

Madeline Cross

Can you change the format please? I don't know who's what it's called but there's a way to upload the comic panel by panel in the same post. You just click an arrow to take you to next picture. Asking because I am on my phone right now ( my computer is broken and in the shop)

Dr. Rodin

@Doninic Cellini, it’s ok dude you don’t have to do extra steps more than you need to! I honestly don’t mind scrolling downward like on the WEBTOON app & sometimes artists does neat tricks with panels if it’s continuous instead of individual panels 👍

Dr. Rodin

Hey at least in the dumps here, Emmy doesn’t have to ever clean AGAIN because is all garbage surrounding her 🥲

Anthony "A-Log" LoGatto

And we see Emmy's new arm! A little different than the prototype sketches, but it's nice to see that happening.

IT'S HAPPENING! IT'S FINALLY HAPPENING! IT'S JUST LIKE THE CONCEPT SKETCHES!
