My contract with Webtoon has ended as they've ended their Canvas Curated Program. So that means the Patreon will now be the first place to read new comics again from this point forward!

Wait so does this mean that the comic is no longer going to be updated at webtoon?

emmytherobot

No, it will, but there will be a hiatus from posting there for a little while while I build up a backlog here for my patrons. I’ll make a more formal announcement explaining it later on.

Webtoon has been good to me and lots of people there are fans of Emmy! However, they’ve decided to end the program that I was a part of for the last year or so.

Sorry that should have read more like sportsball team superiority rather than a dig on webtoon (aside from disabling right clicking)

Amazing work, oh your contract with webtoon is finished so by Patreon then

J R

Hope that parting ways with Webtoon will not affect you negatively. I [want to] believe that people will support you more through here, regardless!

Anthony "A-Log" LoGatto

Shame about Webtoon, but if it means we get to see it here on Patreon before they get it, I'm all for it. As for the page itself, I take a look at that last panel and see that Emmy may have more than one spot to clean up when it hits the fan, so to speak.

The coloring is SO VIVID. It's beautiful 🤩 😍 Hope you are able to continue to be finically stable

Charles

I'm guessing that the ads for AI art on Webtoon didn't help matters much

Dr. Rodin

Both WEBTOON & Patreon are good places to see your comics, but I personally go to Patreon for the Patreon exclusives to tie bits of lore cohesively in one platform at least for me. I’m sure tho WEBTOON will pick u up again your art style & story telling is pretty unique! 🤩
