In the rebels episode World between worlds, we see palatine using a blue fire to enter and influence events within the wbw, could this be what he did as he was falling down the death star, to send his spirit to exegol

Almost to the end of Dooku Jedi Lost and its got me wondering if for the High Republic they will allow the Jedi to date and have relationships with people? In the book there was a Jedi Council member who was covering up a kid she had and it seems Dooku's fall to the darkside seems to have a lot to do with his frustrations with the Jedi not allowing him to have a relationship with his family that he discovered when he was a kid. It seems that a lot of the darksiders during this time period chose that path because they weren't allowed to have relationships with people. So I wonder when the Jedi were 'at their height' if they would have been allowed to have a family of their own?
