Ladies day ideas: - get your nails done and spend the day in acrylic nails - have to therapise your best friend with a life dilemma - get waxed - girl grip all day (many items to hold with no bag and remember girls aren’t allowed pockets) - full glam ‘get ready with me’ - go the pub or a bar but remember you have to keep your drink covered with something all night, first to forget, drinking forfeit or genuinely gets spiked - clean a beard and pube covered bathroom after someone else has trimmed up - high heels

There’s a place in Manchester called Challenge Point that’s pretty sick. Think there’s 6 mini games you do on rotation with other groups. You all go head to head and highest scoring team at the end wins. Supermarket sweep is one of the games and think they’ve got other retro game show type ones too. Yous could get loads of pod guests into teams and hire the place out for the day to film. That might be a good option if doing a full blow supermarket sweep special isnt possible.

Coparenting is so hard, I’ve had to adjust my whole life after my husband of 12 years (partner of 17 years) cheated and left a year ago!! I wouldn’t wish it on anyone!! Ladies day... Start with puppy yoga. Grab a Matcha. Brunch/ mimosa's with friends. Mani/pedi/ blow out/waxing. Shopping for shoes/clothing. Finish with a group homemade dinner and drinks at my house with the ladies and partners. Fire pit with a night swim, drinks, music and dancing at home. Finish with skin care routine.
