I play it in the Patreon app first, hit the YouTube icon from the Patreon play screen which opens YouTube, then I open the YT app on the TV and go to Library/History. It's probably a really long winded way to do it and people will jump in that I'm wrong / a mong or whatever but it's the easiest way I've found x

I think most of it is basically fine. People find losing weight and keeping the weight off easier and more sustainable in different ways. I collapse if I have so many cheat days, so that's terrible advice for people like me, but some people need it. I need the consistency. One thing he often does though is massively overestimate how big an impact exercise has on fat loss. Muscle and body recomp yeah, but gym ain't helping him lose weight in any significant way. If he is hitting 20k steps a day that's doing 99.9% of the heavy lifting as far as burning calories goes, his workouts will barely be touching the sides. And 2000 calories a day is a bit higher than I'd have personally, especially if I had so many cheat days and wasn't extremely diligent about tracking, and I'm a bit taller than him, but if it works for him it works. Also forgot to mention the carnivore diet is fucking atrocious and should never be recommended to anyone, so that's bad
