It is a very annoying thing, but that's not their fault or NordVPN's fault. It's a Patreon thing. I get it when I use my own VPN (LetsVPN). A lot of sites react badly to VPNs. Perhaps they could help by providing a link in the comments to accommodate VPN users. As a workaround, if you click the episode title at the top before that prompt appears, it takes you to the YouTube video, and I think if you click on the YouTube logo afterwards, it takes you to it, but I'm not completely sure about that.
