TITLE REVEALED: WAIFERIALS (p02) (Patreon)

Hello awesome people!

The time has finally come to reveal the name of the project I’ve been secretly working on over the past few months:

WAIFERIALS - YOUR WAIFU MATERIAL - the collectible card game!

For the first time here on Patreon, this is not a project I’ve been working on entirely by myself. My partner, Arechan, has been fully involved in the project from the very beginning! Together, we’ve been writing the lore for the characters you’ll be meeting, and we’ve also worked together on the very first sketches.

Arechan has also been working, and is still working, on the various card texts, the game system we’ll be using, the names of the different moves and abilities, and much more... but hey, I’ll show you everything further down the line!

Starting tomorrow and throughout the rest of the month, I’ll continue introducing the card game through a short manga-style introductory story, with 5 more pages to come. The next page will still be in full color, followed by a few pages in traditional black and white.

Whenever a new WAIFERIAL appears in the story, it will be followed by the FULL ART of its card, without any card graphics and with variants, just like my other illustrations. The actual card design, however, will be revealed later!

So, what exactly are Waiferials? In the 2nd image of this post you can check additional details and the first information about these magical creatures! But before revealing anything else, tomorrow you’ll get a closer look at the very first Waiferial, and the day after that, her official illustration will be revealed as the FULL ART of her card!

So, there’s going to be a lot to reveal throughout the rest of the week!As always, stay tuned and follow the project from its very beginning.Let’s see where this new adventure takes us!PATREON GALLERY
