The Vonhelmicm X Kenji Shitoku is a knife four years in design that combines the best elements of a Japanese santoku with a western chef’s knife. It goes on sale in five minutes and we’re giving our Patreon Frienjis a little heads up to beat the rush!

This version of it is hand-forged in Japanese steel by Gordon Hanson in his Oregon forge, with handles cut from a 200 year old tree from McMinnville.

Each individually-numbered knife comes with a signed certificate of authenticity
