The difficulty of this illustration was all concentrated in drawing the room full of heart-shaped balloons, so that they were believable, and that they were perceived as objects in 2.5 dimensions.
as for the character, I wanted it to be authoritarian but at the same time amused in a more genuine and childish way.. personally, after some time I would have chosen different colors.
while I greatly appreciate the lights and the background tone.
