I worked on this illustration using my artist mannequin as a reference, because I wanted to play a lot with light and atmosphere.

the result is that I'm not at all satisfied with the final result, because although the three-dimensionality of the scene is suggested by the space that surrounds it, the coloring has a plastic effect that I just can't consider good... but from this drawing I understood what don't do when of that mannequin for the reference...in fact I have to stop taking everything I see at 100% and interpret more freely, at the cost of flattening the image a bit, but trying to give it a more personal aspect. ..from now on, after some experiments in which I was trying to color based on photographic references, I started thinking about a new, more graphic style of shading, which is unnatural but which satisfies me more.  obviously you will see these results in some time ... as always, let me know your opinions on the matter.  a hug!
