I think I tortured myself physically a bit lately. Neck strain, dizziness, I even walk like a zombie now as keep losing my momentum all the time certainly doesn't help. Meds I need to take daily for like several years by now ran out since 2 weeks ago because they just had to cancel appointment after the doctor resigned while never letting me know at the same time. Why care because it's not their problem so.
