I've re-worked the anatomy a little bit. Somehow I think the head needs to be a little smaller. What do you guys think?

Also I planned on going with the mouth on the left, but what do you guys think about the one on the right?

The back ground as well could use some work. Adding some more frozen glacier or something in the back to better balance the image.

I think the head size is fine personally, but I prefer the mouth on the left side between the two.

I say go with the one on the left, maybe without the fangs though. They stand out in kind of a weird way against the lips, they work better with the open mouth on the right.

Think I prefer the one on the right, although not a fan of the lip stick in either case.

I think I prefer the mouth on the right, looks just that extra bit lively IMO.

I'm in left gang. Also the head seems perfectly fine. Though if you were going to shrink it, how much smaller would it be anyway?

Both mouths look good to me, and her head is just the right size. The cap looks a bit odd? Would it fit better between the ears?
