Hi, Sara. Sorry you are having problems. I have tested the files and both Mega and Google files are okay and installed on my device successfully. Maybe the security settings on your device are stopping it? I'm not really familiar with Android but there is one setting that I think needs to be switched on, something like "Install Unknown Apps" or "Unknown Sources".
