Assignment - Smile to Yourself (Patreon)

Visualize yourself
If it’s available, you can look at yourself in a mirror
Allowing a warm glow of happiness to fill you
Whatever you feel, it’s alright
Simply doing your best
To connect with a gentle, warm feeling
And sending it toward yourself
You can envision me smiling – I am smiling right now. You can envision a friend or loved one smiling. You can envision a strange, smiling.
And feeling an opening in your heart, feeling your own face, relaxing into a smile
Open, friendly
Sending that friendliness toward yourself
Noticing how it feels, to feel that warmth, that smile, toward yourself
