Rainfall

8:31 min (plain audio) - 11:03 min (with Rain) - Student

This audio is a soothing exploration of the experience of being indoors listening to a rainstorm. Allow the sounds of the storm to draw you into a state of deep relaxation and focus. This file comes in two versions - one with just my voice, which you can listen to during a rainstorm, and a version with rain sounds in it.
