Assignment – Disciplined [NSFW] (Patreon)

Submission means having a disciplined mind. A submissive mind can focus where it is directed. It attends. It is still and ready, entirely attentive on the task at hand. When you are serving, all of you is serving, body and mind, entirely dedicated. Entirely focused.

Pick a task. It could be something like doing the dishes, cleaning your room. Do the task with as deep discipline as you can, with as complete and total focus, your mind always focused on the task at hand. You notice your attention has strayed, strayed from your focus, strayed from your task, and you return it. Disciplined mind.
