Oh wow! I had no idea you were going to react to this show. It's honestly one of the best shows of the past decade. And it's interesting, Buffy is my all time favorite show and I know how much you love it as well. The actress in Hill House who plays Nellie Crain (Victoria Pedretti) is an absolute revelation and she reminds me so much of a young Sarah Michelle Gellar. I can't wait to see your reaction to this show!

So many layers to the writing in this show. I can’t wait to see if you catch everything on the first watch. Definitely seen this more than once!

the creator of this show Mike Flanagan has some of the other show that you should look into as well after this he is so good at this stuff he has done The Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, The Fall of the House of Usher which are very similar to The Haunting of Hill House but also different in their own way Haunting of Hill House and everything else he does is just so sad and it gets even worse from here

Wonderful reaction! You're already picking up on themes, asking the right questions. Have more faith in your subs! We wouldn't throw any old horror show at you. Hill House is special. It's one to treasure.

The only thing that kept me going at work today was knowing I had THIS reaction when I got home. I’m so proud of you Sofie for facing your fears! You did awesome 🤩 I hope it lives up to the hype we’ve created. LOVE this show so much! Hang in there and we’ll make a Mike Flanagan super fan out of you yet…
