So guys, We are doing Lord of the rings the fellowship of the ring soon. If not this week then the next one for sure. And I would like for us to start doing more movies at least 1 or 2 every couple of weeks.

It will also be great to do film series in between after I finish LOTR. There's a lot of famous ones that I haven't seen yet.

So in this post drop your suggestions for what movies/ Film series we should watch together.

To stay in the early 2000s like LOTR, a lot have already mentionned Harry Potter. But there’s also Pirates of the Caribbean and the Chronicles of Narnia. The X-Men movies would be awesome as well.

Might as well add Shawshank Redemption, if Sofie is in a Stephen King mood.

Denni Caid

Seconded for both... LOL... The MCU mostly because I think you'd adore the TV series Agents of SHIELD, and if the lack of MCU background is the reason you haven't considered it, I want that obstacle out of the way. ;)

Hannibal (Universe) starting with The Silent of the Lambs (1991) - it's a classic suspense movie related to a fictitious criminal case, nothing related to supernatural horror or slasher.

Enzo Reis

The Spiderwick Chronicles

Peppermint

i'd say The underwolrd series, the 10th kingdom, Dinotopia, Interview with the vampire. I think you'd enjoy those. Especially since you're watching once upon a time I think you'd enjoy one that came out before it. <3

Gabriella Lynghed

I agree with The Hunger Games series, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Planet of the Apes (Rise of/ Dawn of/War for/Kingdom of), and Dune. I also hope we will get some more Star Wars? Sequels, Rouge One, maybe Solo, the Obi-Wan Kenobi show, the Mandalorian and the Acolyte? As for Ahsoka you should really watch Clone Wars and Rebels first but that's a way bigger commitment.

Yasmyn Caetano

Since science-fiction seems to be winning the poll but there aren't a lot of sci-fi standalone movie suggestions, I'd like to add the following movies to the ones I previously mentioned: - Interstellar - Edge of Tomorrow - Armageddon - Ex Machina - Passengers - The Martian

weisserdrache

DC animated movies would be awesome

Pietro

Sofie, you would love (and hate) Six Feet Under and Bojack Horseman. Both incredible shows yet very depressing at times. Also Sense8 if you haven't watched it yet.
