Amenadiel getting his wings back and carrying Charlotte to heaven is an awesome scene

Randy Giles

Charlotte's redemption arc was the best thing about this season, and the ending here was the first time I was ever emotionally moved by a Lucifer episode (that's not to suggest Lucifer is a bad show or anything, but it typically doesn't get me in the feels the same way Buffy and Angel did.) A beautiful culmination of both Charlotte's and Amenadiel's season-long storylines.

Amye Sabin

Amenadiel got his wings back because he realized that everything he was doing or attempting to get back in his Dad's good graces, was that he was doing it for himself. That realization got him his wings back.
