4 mins into the reaction and you are already so much more insightful than any other creator ive watched. you are so attentive with the minor storylines!! thanks for giving us this experience to view

Sharon

Thank you! You are the only reactor I've seen that noticed how Peeta's shirt collar looked like a knife pointing at his throat. Not only that, you noticed immediately. You are definitely the most observant reactor ever.

a very small thing... I'm not sure if you noticed, but Katniss throughout this movie is constantly holding the pearl that Peeta gave her in the quarter quell. The pearl I feel represents Peeta's heart and purity. Katniss is holding onto to Peeta's purity while the Capitol has him. The pearl is her lifeline to him.

Alile

I never noticed this!

You never disappoint, Sofie. Even when things get delayed, it’s always worth the wait. Thank you for putting so much thought and heart into all your reactions. 💜

demonic-myst

bit inacurate on the destruction fire bombing was designed to work against wooden structures these stoe structures shouldnt of been this damaged fire bombings were used mostly against cultures with wooden homes like japan

Laure

The story of the song is in the prequel about Snow I Hope You will Watch it, its also so good

demonic-myst

they skiped aviox in the last two films all the servants were avox they are criminals who had tongues removed and forced into slavery in the capital

You are such an amazing and observant reactor. I am always amazed how many little things you are noticing and how much detail you do remember. To me and I know I am in a minority with that, the third movie is my favorite one, even if it is as dark as it i is. I know many did not like it because of the lack of action. But I just loved the acting and so on

Great, as always, Sofie! I wanted to mentioned 2 things in particular that impressed me. 1) You're the first reactor I've seen pay full attention to Finnick's confessions and I really appreciate that. 2) On point re: Peeta's identity! It's heartbreaking not just because it's the only thing he wanted, but also because not losing oneself is the HARDEST thing to do in times of war while you're trying to change the world.

So, what reactions are coming next, and when? :)

i love that you pause and really sit in the emotions that the movie creates; you are able to connect with the movie on a level that so many don't, and its amazing to see your level of interest and conversation regarding the story. i'm not just watching a movie with you, i'm experiencing humanity with you - i cannot thank you enough.

Hedin

Hamburg and Dresden firestorms might disagree.

Marley

This series is truly a masterpiece. Ive watched it and reread the books hundreds of times by now and none of it has dulled for me. It's only got better the older i've gotten.

Nick

Great reaction as always

JB

I love your comments about Gaza, the parallels are unreal 💔

Jordan James

I wish other reactors would pause or even rewind scenes to catch something they missed.

Midgey_M

I have loved your reactions to these. Hearing Finick talk about what happens to the victors brings back so many conversations from the second movie. Him asking Katniss if she had any secrets. Joanna talking about how Snow couldn't hurt her anymore because there was no one left that she loved which also explained why she was so outspoken. Just a masterpiece. I can't wait for your reaction to the conclusion.

boba tea

i understand why some dont - if they post their uncut reactions in a watch along format, constant pausing/time skipping on their end can make it near impossible to watch along with your own copy.

Julia

I am so excited for you to watch Mockingjay Pt 2 and the Prequel movie, which btw the origin of the Hanging Tree song will be explained in the prequel ;)

Jaden

Great reaction! I really love your commentary. It's scary how close these movies are to real life! I can't wait until you react to the last two movies!

Ansa Timonen

This is something that even I didn't notice throughout my several re-watches, even though I really admired the worldbuilding through costume in the first HG movie (there's an amazing youtube BTS documentary about it) . The costume department didn't slack even when the majority of costumes were meant to be boring and utility first :D but because she mentioned Peeta's collar, I started to notice the outfits again and really enjoyed what Effie did with her once boring clothes :D I'm so glad they extended her role for the movies, despite the books. One of my most loved book to movie adaptations, and costume department has a huge role in that <3
