I'm liking this season so far. I think the writing for the characters is stronger than it was last season. Particularly in this episode that I feel was very character driven.

Not sure if you figured this out already but the young guy in the beginning was Lord Oscar Tully, giving orders to his other Riverlords, and discussing battle plans with the leader of the Winter Wolves, Lord Roderick Dustin.

Yea, same here. I've been enjoying this season a lot so far. Though I also enjoyed season 2. The major problem with season 2 was I think the HBO execs decision to shorten it which is not the writers fault really.

your face when the ending reveal of the gold cloaks happened lol. Same lol. I like this season but man...seeing Rhyneara (sorry for spelling) struggle bus it this hard is rly unfortunate to watch. So many things happening bc of her choices but also things happening still TO HER. = (
