Cancer Man

The DEA becomes suspicious of a new drug kingpin. Walt reveals that he has cancer to Marie and Hank. Elsewhere, Jesse visits his estranged family.

Yes Walt got pissed by Hank saying he would always take care of his family. Most people would find that endearing or comforting but Walt is a very proud man. He's thinkin how dare you think that im not going to take care of my family for the rest of their lives right now before I die.

Not that this was the first one ofc Sofie, but I want to point out the AMAZING time-lapse shots of this show before you get much further into it. They happen in many episodes, and are flat-out some of the most artistic shots ever put on TV. This one was of Jesse's parents' home, illustrating a full day going by as Jesse slept. There are many more interesting time-lapse shots coming, and they basically all ROCK. (BCS has them too)

Oh you really don't want to know how easy it is for kids to get stuff even at that age - even worse stuff than that. Jesse stomps on it yeah, but that will only be a minor setback for Jake. All he needs is cash and a connection, and connections are everywhere if you ask around enough. Thankfully I never did meth or heroin ever in my life, but even in middle school I was able to get weed. Now it's legal, like it or not (not everywhere ofc but more widespread each year).

How beautifully you have Walter pegged already as a sociopath is amazing. I think everything you said was spot on; the last scene analysis... Yes yes yes. Trying to keep some kind of control. The infancy of his alter-ego we'll come to know as... (wait, no spoilers! I know Sofie you already know but still)
